KOREAN TOFU FREEKEH BOWL WITH PICKLED RADISH

(Dairy free, Vegetarian, Vegan, Spicy)

Freekeh bowl topped with fresh veggies, tofu and a delicious Korean inspired Gochujang sauce, this dish will make you want to come back for seconds!

FREEKEH? It’s a healthy ancient grain (yes, old is new again) that is low in calories but high in fiber, protein and other nutrients. If you are vegan or vegetarian freekeh is a great way to easily up your protein intake. But if you are gluten free, unfortunately freekeh isn’t a match for you, it’s a wheat product.
