I tried to get into my house the other day, but I couldn’t… because I had gnocchi! — All jokes aside, this ricotta gnocchi is everything you could dream of. Made from a rich ricotta dough, these decadent gnocchis go perfectly with the subtle, home-cooked ratatouille. A dish we will be cooking again for sure!
